Located in Gaspereau, less than five minutes from Wolfville, in the beautiful Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia, I offer Individual Counselling and Family Counselling for people who may need to work through some of these topics (among others):

- trauma
- navigating life transitions
- seeking identity, meaning, and purpose
- personal growth and wellness
- anxiety
- finding balance and stress management
- the peri/menopause journey
- living with chronic illness

Supervision Services
RCT Candidates pursuing registration with the NSCCT are welcome to contact me regarding Supervision.
Counselling Fees
Counselling fees: $175.00 per 50 minute session.
I accept cash or e-transfer. You will be provided with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider, if you have coverage.
Private therapy services are not covered under Nova Scotia’s MSI program. Many supplementary healthcare plans may cover all or a portion of the costs for therapy. Please check with your insurance company or employer and ask about coverage for services with a "Registered Counselling Therapist" when inquiring with your employer/plan provider.
At this time, I am able to provide direct billing to Medavie Blue Cross, SunLife, the Telus Health Group (inlcuding Manulife, Canada Life, and many others), and the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program (provides free mental health services for Indigenous People).
